Cadey

Meet Cadey!! Hit by a car, her owners did not seek treatment until four days later because she stopped eating. When they realized it would be too expensive to fix her broken leg, they surrendered her to the hospital she was at. Lucky for her, it was a hospital where one of our pitbull loving volunteers works at and she set the wheels in motion to get Cadey into our program.

Cadey is an 8 month old female pitbull who weighs in at 38 lbs without her cast. She is adorable and very sweet.

October 16, 2008 - Cadey's leg is all better and she's feeling GREAT! Cadey loves playing and hanging out with her foster sister, and loves all other dogs! Cadey would love to go home with some 2 legged brothers and sisters as she loves kids. She is totally house trained and crate trained and is doing great with her leash walking. Cadey is shy and takes a few minutes to warm up, but once she gets to know you she is a great cuddler! Cats not recommended to live with Cadey.

Watch Cadey’s progress on her own blog:

Please fill out our adoption application if you are interested in any of our dogs
