Roxie

November 30, 2007 - Roxie Roo was adopted by her foster mom, Kristine, and her pittie brothers Petey and Piggy.

Success Story Links

Roxie is a perfect mother who has done a great job of raising her babies and is now ready to find a home of her own. She is about 18 months old and a very gentle lady. She does fabulous with other dogs, is good with cats and wonderful with children as young as four.

Roxie, when not caring her for her tykes, is a happy go lucky girl who loves her walks in the woods, playing ball in the yard and amazingly enough, going for rides in the car. She is completely housebroken and is trustworthy in the house, as long as the trash is up. LOL!! She knows her basic commands and walks like a lady on a leash.

Like most dogs of her breed, she is very people-oriented, tends to follow you around, and thinks she is a lap dog. However, she's got an independent streak so she is not an extreme velcro dog. If you can give Roxie the great forever home that she so deserves, never abandon or abuse her and be her best friend FOREVER, please fill out an application.

Introducing Roxie's Princesses (the remaining four girls available):

Born on May 8th, 2007, these girls will be ready to go home after July 14th.

Erika -- rather shy and quiet, this girl would prefer a home with another dog to learn what life is all about.

Jeanie -- Independent, but cautious, Jeanie has a striking brindle coat and loves to greet everyone who comes to visit.

Sue -- the littlest one of the litter, she is a spit-fire, so breed experience is preferred.

BEFORE APPLYING FOR ONE OF ROXIE'S PRINCESS', PLEASE READ BELOW:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age

  • Someone must be home during the day for house training and socialization

  • Adopting a puppy is time consuming and financial commitment.

Owners who are aware of and who respect the pit bull temperament. Owners who are RESPONSIBLE with their pups -- crating them when unattended, supervising them with children, never leaving them outside unattended, and those who are ready for licks and lovin' in return! These girls want to be part of a family. Please fill out our adoption application if you are interested in any of our dogs
